Things I’m thinking about
accidental choreography I think the world is doing an accidental dance when it arranges itself, the movements random, and with it’s grace and simplicity, it’s a choreography that connects us to each other.
there may have been happiness Even with a photograph in front of me, I don’t know what was, only what I remember, and it’s easy to ignore what’s gone missing from memory.
On personal satisfaction There’s joy in creating, these days mostly for myself. I get drawn in - creative, technical, the gear - it’s challenging, fun and therapeutic.
On being creative I’m interested in what pushes creative decisions in our art. The huge ideas that take us to new places, as well as the little ones we hardly even notice, ones that seem arbitrary, like with broken symmetry in physics, but that in the end are usually just as profound.
Gear I get questions from time to time about gear. Go here if you’re interested
